Our Principal Engineers:

• Develop and manage engineering teams to service the Infrastructure market, ensuring cohesion across Civil, Structural and Geotechnical engineering disciplines

• Work collaboratively with national engineering and project management resources to create opportunities, respond to project needs, and deliver multidisciplinary projects

• Interface regularly with members of the Executive Team to provide project and client updates and reporting, and input into strategic plans

• Are Chartered Engineers (with practising qualifications in each relevant discipline), and have over 12 years' relevant experience working on client projects in a hands-on capacity

Our Design Managers:

• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders (senior executives, clients, suppliers, partners) to meet business objectives and required project outcomes

• Lead Design team members in the successful delivery of the design process through proactive interaction with the client, design collaborators, construction delivery team and stakeholders

• Collaborate with other design management personnel to design and continuously improve Office processes and standards to ensure innovative and optimal outcomes are delivered by leveraging internal and external resources

• Design/draft civil disciplines for infrastructure and urban development projects

• Interface regularly with members of the Executive Team to provide project and client updates and reporting, and input into strategic plans

• Are Chartered Engineers (with practising qualifications in relevant disciplines), and have over 10 years' relevant experience in Engineering, with substantial demonstrated experience in Design/Project Management

Our Site Engineers:

• Provide a range of professional services (including specialist expertise, communication, reporting, stakeholder management and advice) to support the delivery of Infrastructure projects according to time, cost, safety and quality requirements

• Collaborate with Red Fox project team members to create commercial opportunities, contribute to team projects, deliver work packages across multidisciplinary projects (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical)

• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, working on client projects in a hands on capacity in Road and Transport infrastructure construction

• Are Qualified Engineers with relevant Bachelor degree qualifications, professional membership with Engineers Australia (MIEAust), and RPEQ practising qualifications (Highly regarded)

Our Senior Engineers:

• Deliver work packages on projects as part of a team around design, drafting and project deliverables

• Support project lead to monitor time/cost/quality performance within projects and providing input into corrective actions

• Build strong professional working relationships with key stakeholders – e.g. clients, industry professionals, and business leaders

• Provide leadership to less experienced team members, contribute to the professional development and transfer of knowledge within the team, assign tasks and monitor progress, and participate in recruitment activities

• Have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering role, working on client projects in a hands on capacity, preferably with Road and Transport infrastructure experience

• Are Qualified Engineers with relevant Bachelor degree qualifications, Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) qualifications, professional membership with Engineers Australia (MIEAust), and RPEQ practising qualifications (Highly regarded)

Our Technicians/Draftspersons:

• Deliver work packages on projects as part of a team around drafting and project deliverables

• Utilise computer-aided design programs to draft, produce, scale and fine-tune drawings and maps for infrastructure projects (e.g. roads, bridges, railways)

• Prepare conceptual and detailed design and technical drawings using AutoCAD and other software (e.g. Revit, 12D) for review by engineers, in accordance with the relevant guidelines, standards and codes of practice

• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Civil and/or Structures drafting role

• Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil design applications (12D, Civil 3D, Revit)

• Strong communication skills with the ability to produce quality documentation and reports

• A combination of relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Associate Degree, Diploma or Bachelor in Civil Engineering disciplines) and relevant commercial experience
